My impact comes not just from the research I conduct, but from the environments I help build—where collaboration is the norm, and good research becomes a shared language for long-term success.
Good research, to me, is a team sport. And I make sure everyone’s invited to play.
I’m a UX research leader who brings structure to ambiguity, clarity to complexity, and trust to transition.
With a background that spans education, policy, and user research, I’ve built schools, scaled research teams, and led cross-functional efforts that turn big ideas into action. I specialize in the in-between spaces. That’s where I do my best work.
I build strong partnerships, create systems that last, and help teams think strategically.
Whether it’s introducing AI into research workflows or aligning 40+ stakeholders around a shared customer problem, I lead with curiosity, transparency, and a long-game mindset.
When I’m not working you can find me road biking through Colorado, kayaking alpine lakes, or hiking with my dog in the mountains.
I also love to slow down—with my hands in the soil or covered in flour. I’m working on making my shade garden thrive (a surprisingly nerdy joy), and perfecting the art of flaky croissants.
Travel is a big part of my life—I’m always planning the next trip, wandering through art museums, or picking up ideas for my next DIY project. Whether it's a creative challenge or a new corner of the world, I’m at my best when I’m learning something new.
