I am a UX researcher and leader based in Denver, CO. I bring my training in policy and action research to the UX space. I used well-designed research, empathetic problem-solving, and collaboration strategies to develop user-centered solutions.

I have applied these skills to problems of all sizes - at the individual, team, and organizational levels - as a collaborator and facilitator. No matter the size, my approach remains the same: to research user needs and to design for truly high-impact solutions.

My Approach

  1. Understand your needs and outcomes

    • How can research make this project look really good?

  2. Gather data

    • What do we already know?

  3. Build a strategy

    • What methods help answer your outstanding questions the best?

  4. Find insights that bridge customer and business goals

    • What’s the sweet spot between customer needs and business goals (it DOES exist)?

  5. Tell the story

    • What’s the most compelling way to share the insights?

  6. Use what is evergreen

    • What findings will have relevance later?

I am a puddle-jumper: born in California, college in Colorado, moved to Brooklyn, and now back in the Mile High City. When I am not designing you can find me in the kitchen, cycling, or dreaming up plans for my next international trip.
